New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell gives Jay-Z the Key to the City highlighting his and Beyonce’s accomplishments.

This was a great move by our first African American female Mayor.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell took to her Instagram account to announce that she gave Jay-Z the key to the city. The reason was to highlight the accomplishments by him and his wife Beyonce that has positively effected New Orleans.

They met right before his performance at the On The Run II tour. Congratulations to the Carters!
