New Orleans rappers are doing the #FreeCMurder freestyle Challenge, and you’ve got to check it out!

The city of New Orleans is gearing up for C-Murder’s release.

The nation has been in a frenzy since two key witnesses in the Corey Miller murder trial recanted their statements. This is monumental for New Orleans hip hop and a huge blessing in the Miller family.

One of his daughters @AlexisChelsea decided to turn this news into a platform for local rappers to get their bars off on. She called it the #FreeCMurder challenge, and it’s starting to catch a wave. The challenge is a promotional campaign for an event she is throwing with Source Maganzine contributor @TheRadioShaq called Pass the Aux.

Check out some of the freestyles below and let us know what you think in the comments below!
